Curry Powder

2 T. whole coriander seeds

• 1 T. black cumin seeds

• 1 piece cassia bark – or 1 cinnamon stick

• 5 cardamom pods

• 1 T. fenugreek seeds

• 1 tsp. black peppercorns

• 6 dried red chiles

• 2 T. turmeric

  1. Place all ingredients in a spice grinder. Grind to a smooth powder. Store in an airtight container for 6 months.
