Belgian Waffle Batter

• 2 eggs

• 1 ¾ C. milk

• ½ C. oil

• 1 tsp. vanilla

• 2 C. flour

• 1 T. sugar

• 1 T. + 1 tsp. baking powder

• ½ tsp. salt

In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. In another bowl, add all the wet ingredients together. Add the wet to the dry and stir well to incorporate, but do not over mix or the waffles will be very dense and tough. If there are any lumps, strain the batter.  Let the batter rest for a minimum of 2 hours to overnight.


Cook on the desired setting in your preheated waffle maker.
